I certainly do not think that anyone at SL purposefully did a
"bait-and-switch." However, I am sure that Joanna made a
mistake. I gave her a lot of time to correct the mistake when I
checked out, and I asked to speak with Bill. I do not have a direct
email address for Bill, and a prior email I sent to SL was not
acknowledged at all (see earlier post). Furthermore, Joanna, who
probably has access to the email, had already told me that Bill could
do nothing and that it was not worthwhile on my part to speak with
Bill.

My guess is that Joanna is not likely to make the same mistake
again, because I assume this will get back to her, one way or the
other. That's the benefit a Board can provide.

I appreciate the loyalty that many of you have toward the SL. As I
said in my post, the SL has many great features. I suggest you write
a review of the SL. There have not been many reviews lately.
