Just curious, as this thread is now at 18 pages. What do all sides concerned want to see happen to resolve this thread? Will the staunch defenders of BK change their minds? Will the haters change their minds? What is one thing that would be posted here that everybody would go: Ah, now that settles it? BTW reality is reality and truth is truth no matter who says it. Doesn't make something false because it is posted by somebody on the board who isn't liked or isn't popular. And it doesn't make it true because one of the stars of the board says it.

This thread will eventually languish in obscurity as all threads invariably do. It'll just be a collection of ancient bytes in the archives. That's why I opposed its demise and all the "Admin, close this thread cause I'm tired of reading about Boyd/HLH" complaints . Threads like this end and the folks get tired of posting over issues by which they have no control. It's a hamster wheel and eventually the hamster tires and goes away. So it is with this thread. Everybody came, they read, and they vented. Members will move on by themselves. This is natural aspect of forum life in the internet world.

I go to several different forums for different purposes Jett and you pretty much hit it on the head and it is pretty much the same dynamic no matter the subject matter. I guess we will see who is the hamster with the most endurance.

Ever notice that some people continually post negative remarks and attempt to stir up shit. Makes me wonder if they have agendas other than chasing women which should be the goal of mentally stable mongers. Some people talk mongering others do it. HLH had five women working there when Boyd started there. He put it back on the map. It is a good place to party. I liked Eddie before Boyd but he was completely burned out. The Dunn Inn had potential when Boyd left and dropped the ball. It wasn't friends of Boyds that killed the Dunn Inn, it was poor customer service. The reason the Sportsman's Lodge is a success is Bill is a great host. They screw up with regularity but he always does his best to make things right and he has a great product. Lets get back to promoting great stays in San Jose, the women that deserve our business and helping each other enjoy our hobbie. Admin 1 please close this crap of a thread!
