Check out the Europa. You can usually get a room there with no reservation.

Sickr1 try Hotel La Gran Via http://www.hgranvia.com. They might have something available. The hotel is close to the action and guest friendly.

Man, what is up in Costa Rica this year. I was talking about this at a friends hotel tonight. She was trying to find a room in Manuel Antonio for tomorrow night. I've never seen it as hard to get a room all over CR. The city, the beaches, everywhere.

If anyone should cause a stink about something, it's that someone doesn't have his facts straight-- Either he's flat out lying or is grossly mistaken... I could care less either way, which is why I took to responding with harmless humor. BUT if anyone DOES want to be pissy, it would be nonsense for it to be about the ribbing.

My guess would be, from what I hear, the euro is killing us big time. More and more Americans are looking to Central and South America for vacation destinations. It's too expensive to go to Europe. Have you seen the airline prices to Europe? It's dirt cheap. The airlines are trying to lure people back to Europe on cheap flights.

In the meantime prices for South American destinations remain high because the seats are all full. In Rio, the Europeans especially Italians, complained that some Americans were overpaying for P4P while US dollar was very strong. Now the Italians are enjoying the strong Euros and the weak dollar. Now this is just my observation and a guess. :roll:

The ironic thing about all this is that Eddie is apparently going to be adding some hotel rooms to Zona Blue. Kind of scary actually - considering the great talent available, if you booked there, do you think it would be possible to walk out the door and go anywhere else?

That was Funny.... Well For one thing until April 15 or so ITS HIGH SEASON lots of spring breakers and families of all things that are filling up the normal non monger semi monger hotels.... So thats the start of it...

The Prez will Construction has begun on the rennovations so they are short alot of rooms they normally would have....


AHH BRING ON THE RAIN I LOVE THE GREEN SEASON Airfares are cheap and rooms are much easier to come by.

But they kicked me out after 1-1/2 hours

Glad I could make everyones day! I look forward to learning more as I look over these threads. The trip will be a great experience, any other CRT bros going to be there from april 10th-17th. Let me know we could use a little guidance from an experienced monger.
