There are 25 participating airports in the USA, according to the website. Looks like most of the major international airports are covered. I've got Global Entry, but I used mobile passport once just to try it out and it works pretty well. Worth it because it's free. :)

Does not work if you answer any of the questions wrong though. I normally bring back frozen fish and or frozen Maracuya pulp and answering yes to the food question denies you the option of using mobile passport. If you can answer all the questions without needing to go to agriculture inspection then it does work beautifully. Global Entry is the way to go. Looked into CLEAR but for me its not worth the cost.
