Actually I think I can answer this one for you. The person responsible for the day to day operations of Zona2 turned out to be a turd. I would think he is the one with the passwords to access the old sites so the owners had no choice but to get new sites up and running. Karma is a bitch though and I am certain it will bite him in the ass.

I think it isn't true but cliches are based in some level of truth.
The Tico staff at our Lodge believes it.
When an owner trusts someone else to run his business and isn't directly engaged, it can go south fast if that manager decides to go off the reservation.
