Stayed there with a buddy and 2 fav's about 2 years ago. Great Hotel, fantastic views, I had a room overlooking the valley and the Helicopter pad. Actually hammerred my fav from behind on the balcony to the delight of a few construction workers down the hill. Although apprehensive, she asked if I knew them to which I replied "no", "neither do I" she stated and away we went. LOL Anyway, food was good, about 100.00 per couple for dinner and a bottle of wine. One major complaint, gambled in the Casino, my buddy took 2G's on his cc, won 4, they paid him 2 when he cashed out, said they would void the cc for the other 2, he insisted he wanted the cash, they said they didnt have it on site as they were closing, assured him it would be voided. Long story short, it was never voided, he was out 2 G's and when he contacted them later, they refused to acknowledge anything he told them. Rooms were about 300.00 a night each. Loved it but it is far from the Gulch and the 2G problem stopped us from ever going back.

I don't understand this math. If he took 2 on his cc, then his starting pot was 2. If he won 4, then he should have 6. If they only paid 2 when he cashed out, looks like they shorted him 4. If the scenario was as you described, then they took all his winnings. Am I missing something?

Brother GDJ's math is correct. My question is, at closing and the casino having won all day (because casinos most days, win all all day) how could they not have enough to pay him? And why did he listen to their lame-o explanations? Did he have the casino manager tell him this personally? Why did he not watch while they voided this USD amount from his CC in front of him? How drunk was he?

He had lost 2G, then took 2G on his cc so now he has 2G, then he won 2G so now he has 4G in chips. They tell him theyre closing, he goes to the window and they tell him that they've been cashing out and only have 2G available, he argued his point but they assured him his cc would be voided. He tells them, "no, give me the 4G and i'll pay my own cc". They tell him they cant because they already did the drop for that night. He relents and trsuts them. We flew out the next day only to find when he gets home his cc was charged 2G. Now he's down a total of 4G cause the 2G he lost originally. He was drunk but not trashed, told me the story that night when he stopped by my room. I won about 500.00 that night and took my chica off to partyland so no complaints from me until this happenned. Sorry for the bad math earlier!
