I know exactly what the problem (with Verizon) is as I have already explained it. Verizon uses spam filters BEFORE your Outlook email is downloaded from their servers. Some spam does get through though. Use Yahoo email or whatever internet based email program you choose and your problem is solved. This is not an uncommon problem if your ISP filters your email before it ever gets to you computer based email client like Outlook.

Well, it's a nice theory, but your original post said if you use yahoo, you're ok. I use yahoo, & it most definitely was not working.
