Prior to the filing, Frontier usually showed up on the various fare searches. The last day or so I don't find them anymore. I even tried several dates on the Frontier website itself with no luck (even searching DEN-SJO). Are they still flying to Costa Rica?

Even back in February when I flew them to SJO, the counter stated that the revenues from the trip had been disappointing. I countered with the fack that no advertising had been done like that for the Mex. flights. Send Flip in, I said.
Perhaps a CRT discount opportunity. OFFICIAL Carrier

I originally booked a flight in June from Tucson to SJO on Frontier in December for $550.00 with a 1 hr layover on the outbound leg and a 2 hour lay over on the return flight. (about 8-9hrs each way total time). As of yesterday, because of fight cancellation fron TUS to DEN and DEN to TUS they had me laying over for 11 hours (total 18.5 ++ hours on a red eye flight)and a 9 hour lay over ( for a total of 16 ++ hours) on a flight that leaves SJO at 6:30 AM.
On top of that I had to hold for an hour and 15 minutes to cancel my flight. (30min for a rep to tell me "oh international flight" back on hold for another 45 min)roll:
I think they have more problems (DUH) than their credit card processor holding back funds.

Boy do I hope you are wrong and this isn't a trend of the future. Being a Denver resident, I was so happy because they gave me an easy, and direct, way to visit SJO without having to take alot of vacation time. The other options were more expensive and required 10-12 hrs of total travel time. Will be a sad day for me, so I will just try to stay positive and hope Denver truly appreciates their business presence at DIA and works to help them stay in business. I always wondered about the Tucson route. The Phoenix route is always FULL, but never went direct to TUS, opting to get a rental in PHX and drive down so I could spend the weekend with Mom on my return.
