What does a working look like?

I'd like to hear from one of these guys who teaches hotel employees how to spot a hooker?

The Four Seasons and the White House are 2 I can think of that are more expensove. However I did stay at the MArriott Los Suenos with a chica once and though it was as nice as a hotel that I have stayed in

Mongers have mostly brought this attitude against the chicas on themselves. I've been saying for years, keep it discreet in small towns like Jaco. And what do I see everyday.. Some old dude with a beer gut walking hand in hand down the streets or in restaurants. Whether you agree or not, the public here does not want to see that. And now many of the hotels are doing something, because it offends the average tourist ( sorry, but this is a much more important sector than the mongering tourist) to see these guys flaunting it in the hotels. Moral of the story, especially in a small town like Jaco, enjoy your time and then send them on their way or hang out with them in your hotel room.. It's only going to get worse if guys aren't a bit more discreet...

I concur with Mucho Gusto. There are 3 hotels in Manuel Antonio that are more expensive than Los Suenos. They are the Si Como No, the Parador
and the La Mansion Inn. I've stayed at all of them with the exception of La Mansion Inn.

No, it's not the most expensive, but for my money it's the best. The pool is terific (especially for CR), and the marina is first class.

I've gotten Chicas in without a problem, but I think if you wanted to stay for a few days, you'd have to keep it to one or two, otherwise the guards would catch on. I think they just figured I was with a wife or girlfriend. If anyone tries it, be sure you are with someone trustworthy, as you'll have to avoid checking in at the front desk.

I remember a thread from a few years ago where a guy took two girls to Los Suenos and made an ass of themselves at the pool and restaurant. It was shortly after that fiasco that the Marriot became very chica unfriendly. I think it was the drunken, over-the-top behavior with multiple girls that was the last straw.

As far as walking down the street or sitting in a restaurant as a couple, if they don't like it, phuck 'em!
