How strict are they in regards to luggage limits? Site says 1 carry-on and 1 suitcase. I suppose having 1 carry-on, 1 suitcase, and 1 laptop bag would be too much?

Received a reply from Interbus within the hour :)

Acknowledged my request for pickup and issued a reservation number as well.

Have no idea what the issue is with their server but customer service is on top of their game.

Special K, I usually come in with 2 pieces of luggage, a backpack and my laptop no problems.

Jdd,

Having the same problem as you, when I go to checkout and submit my reservation, the server connection is lost. After repeatedly trying this I emailed support@interbusonline.com

They responded within 30 minutes and asked that I email them my travel information. Awaiting their response.

Thanks HolaB, I'll try that manana.

Got a response from Interbus today using HolaB's suggestion, took about 24 hours. I now have a confirmation for my transfer. Thanks again HolaB. From what I hear, I owe you some cookies. :)

Hey do you guys pay the Interbus driver cash? I did (not the first time) but this time they also charged my credit card 3 days before I arrived. I thought they only charged it if you didn't show or when you tell them to put it on your card AFTER the ride. :?

Me too, they charged my credit card after I made the reservation (couple of days prior to arriving). I thought that was the way it was supposed to work. (cc gets charged when making reservation)

BTW, Their rep. was waiting with my name on a sign when I arrived, just like they said. He summoned the driver right away. Driver took a while to get there (20 min. or so) as the airport was busy on Saturday morning. All in all it was a great experience (private van etc.) Sirge sp? the driver was a cool dude, very nice fella, good english and talked my ear off..lol

I would recomend Interbus to anyone, but of course depends on your needs, times etc. Thank you guys for telling me about it.

I agree Diego. When I arrived, a rep was waiting with a sign with my name on it. He called the driver and he arrived in 5 minutes. My card was charged when I made the reservation. No need to pay the driver unless you tip him. I enjoyed my experience with them.

My flight was over a hour late and they were there to pick me up. I dont know how they make money sometimes. I was the only one in the van. And they rushed me to my hotel at 80 mph. They almost hit another vehicle too. I think they were trying to get me to the hotel and back for another late flight.
