On my first trip to San Jose, between all the wild partying, I holed up with a favorite Tica for 2 days at the Casa Vino Executive suite. We did some food shopping and she cooked some meals in the kitchen, we rented dvds and watched them on the giant screen. It was kind of like inviting a girlfriend to your private love pad in the city. Pretty cool.

I have only stayed at the Prez so I can not speak to any other.
It sure is sweet to be joined by two or three close friends in that big hot tub. It alone is why I try to book it when I come to CR.

I believe when I contacted Balmoral the chica rate was 15-20$. Not as high as some of the American hotels, but more then you should have to pay.

Still you could live with it if you had to.

IMHO the Prez suite and the SL penthouse area total coin toss as to whats nicer. Both will please any guys tastes.

mikey-b I stayed in penthouse SL for 3 days..It was very nice only problem upstairs bedroom has no bathroom you have to climb up-down stairs..chicas didnt like it..everthing else is great..Bill and staff make up for any deficiencies..bear

Thanks Bear-Ass. For my April trip, I've got a junior suite at SL for the 1st 3 nights, and the Penthouse suite for my final night. Thanks for the info.
