The government gives no discounts on their cut. Yet our infrastructure is crumbling.

Anyway those are some long ass flights from LAX with 2-3 stops and some tight connections that could leave you stranded. Not so bad from DFW.

Obviously Orange does not have much of a life, as you can tell by his absurd post count he knows everything about everything. Completely wrong ! The OP in this thread was trying to help guys save some money. Who cares what the exact % is? If the fare is a significant discount that's good enough.

As to the rest of your post go get professional help. Message boards tend to produce a small % of participants who have big psychological issues. For some unknown reason a small percentage of people use message boards to build their own ego. That is why you have more than 12,000 post. Put into proper perspective if someone where to sign up for CRT today and post 5 times per day it would take them about 7 years to catch up to you.

Finally, nobody likes a know it all and nobody likes somebody who thinks they are better than others because they think they know more. Obviously I dislike post whore know it all's like you.

I'm with you on whatever other airline. And honestly it's not so much about 6+ hours in steerage or the a la carte piricing.

It's the phucked up flight times... which has to be cost related. Gate fee discount idk or care.
