It's a service that seems to be underutilized by the people reading this board. I can understand some people fear it will take a long time, but it's pretty quick.

on my last trip I bought and paid for my tickets on interbus online, the trip was paid for before I got there. The service is spectacular as far as I am concerned. 15 minute wait for the van, time for a smoke after a long flight, then 15 minutes and I was at the front door of the Castillo.

I used it on June 2nd and will use it again for my return flight at the end of the month. Service was just as quick as the taxi, and a driver was waiting for me at the airport (even with a 2-hour delay).

Just want to clarify, it's:
http://www.interbusonline.com/

not interbus.com...

It's a good service - you have to find the guy and wait sometimes 15-30 minutes outside the airport but they get the job done.

Want to try interbus to Amon plaza. I'll be getting through customs at airport at 9:30pm or so. How far from main exit pt. do you wait for the bus? Does anyone know what time the taxi pre-pay window closes at SJO?

Interbus picks you up where you exit the customs hall. Same place the airport taxis, courtesy vans, or drivers pick you up.

Taxi window is open anytime there is an arriving flight.

You walk out of the airport, there will be a guy there with your name on a board. That is of course if you make arrangements in advance. When he finds you or you find him, he calls for the van. You cant beat the price or the service, right to the hotel and you dont have to provide directions.

This might sound stupid. I tried using the site. I didn't know how to select pickup at Sanjose airport to my hotel.
Is it?

SELECTED TRIP INFORMATION

Segment # Segment Route
002968 PAVAS TO SAN JOSE TRANSFER IN PAVAS - SAN JOSE

Or is it?
MAIN TERMINAL JUAN SANTAMARIA TO SAN JOSE

Select MAIN TERMINAL JUAN SANTAMARIA TO SAN JOSE

(Pavas is the small regional airstrip that Nature Air uses.)

Thanks. Let's say I have an 8:30 am flight from my hotel to US. They would come to pick me up at 4:30am at my hotel? Are they reliable?
