Yes (not electronic). You would get the key from the front desk. I think the fee is $1-2 a day.

I have also felt that the Morazan had an undeservedly bad reputation on this site. I've stayed there 4 times in either a Junior suite or a regular room. As I got to be a regular, safe charges and chica fees went away. I got to know and like the management there, and now with reports of more chicas on premises, they could be a challenger for HDR supremacy. I know the bottom floor is not much to look at, but if they opened up the sports book on the second floor as a bar/lounge they would have plenty of room. I never see anyone in there anyway. I'm sure I'll go back.

I have stayed multiple times at the HDR, Presidente and Morazan. They all have their good and bad points i suppose. I like the Presidente because i love the News Cafe and its location of the pedestrian mall. Not a better way to start the morning. The Del Rey is obviously more convenient if you're into BM chicas. The Morzan is almost as convenient as the HDR and is cheaper, the rooms are clean - but i found their food to be fair at best. I have always had to pay for a safe at the Morazan ($2 or $3) and sometimes there are guest fees and sometimes not as one of the previous posts suggest. I can always get one of the maids at the Morazan to clean my clothes for next to nothing and they don't take them but for a few hours - so that's another plus. I have had them "lose" my reservation, so be sure and keep the 4 digit res code they give you. When i've had that i always got the room. Hope this has helped.
