Thank you for the HELP!!

I searched Hotel Oz in the forums, it drove me crazy. Looking on spending 3 nights in September, is the hotel in a good location? And is it girl friendly.

It has a $10 chica fee and $ 140 a night for a room. I would like to know if the safes are combination or key
