You can purchase Airport departure tax at Presidente hotel.

After your checked in pay the hotel check in counter $ 26 and passport.
They will give passport to lady behind tour desk. She will input info online and print out your stamp for you to bring to airport.

There is no expiration date on it so its good till you leave.

Thanks for the info , this has been noted in earlier threads.

You can also buy your exit stamp while standing in line @ immigration. It's in the back left corner while you are facing the immigration officials!
