Can someone give me any intel on rooms 10 or 11.
Are they better or worse than upstairs parking lot/courtside room.

Room 10 and 11 are Ocean view Rooms and close to the smoking area. My friends stay in them as I always stay in the pool side. Not really a big difference in my eyes. More money but same results. My buddy rents those rooms because they have 2 doors. One on the bar side and the other on the ocean side. When a Chica wont leave him alone... he goes in one and comes out the other..LMAO!

Are the rooms overlooking the parking lot as bad as I fear? I called for a rez and the girl said that was the only room available, but I didn't get the room number.

Its not like guys have old hot rod V-8's and are revving them up and burning rubber all night, you got an extra 50 feet to get to the pool. A plus is nobody at the pool knows which room you're in...

I actually like the parking lot rooms since it gives you that extra 50 of separation between the bar area and your sleeping area. I have never had problems with excessive noise or traffic. If you're on that top floor you can get a birds eye view of the traffic headed in and out too.

Ocean side is nice, I like room 5 in the corner, but for the extra money I don't see the value.

I have never stayed in the parking lot, but stayed in the condos many times. I think the parking lot rooms would be quitter though if you turn in early one night to recover. The only major downside thought to both the condos or parking lot would be not being able to take your own drinks to the pool bar at night. Hard to beat being able to use your room as a bar. Sometimes we have four guys on the trip and we get a condo and a poolside room where you have the best of both worlds.... If you have a group going I would recommend trying a condo if you haven't - not a lot different in price and you have so much more room to hang out and solid ocean views, especially from the fourth floor and above.
