Hey Gents. I went on Vista Mar's site and the smallest condo was a 2 bedroom and very pricey unless going with a group. Does anyone know if there are 1 bedroom studios? Also, Cocal, is it worth it for pool side room or not? I am also probably going down Monday night through Thurs? I know it will be a little slower but won't be that bad right ???

I think they do offer 1 bedrooms..search Dream makers and they might be able to help you out. We will be there in 2D from the 13th till 16th then heading to Sportsmens. Cocal is good, just dont get a room around the loud bar area. Message me if you want to stop at our place for a drink. I will also be at the pool wearing red white and blue trunks.

I stayed 2nd floor poolside at the Cocal end of June, i had no issue with the bar noise Friday night and that was the best night that weekend. It was the room right above the bar area and the room was remarkably quiet all things considered.

I read it is slower Mon-Wed and picks up Thurs-Sat, but not sure how slow the early part of the week is. Fri-Sat i was there, they were lined up 3 deep in the evening almost through closing.

Speaking of Vista Mar, i partied with some dudes and chicas in 3a and it was nice and spacious for a 2 br. Def will stay there next time with a wingman.

All the condos in Vista del Mar are at least 3 bedrooms. A few owners close off one bedroom to store their personal stuff in and rent them as 2 bedroom condos. They are a bit expensive but are by far the best condos to stay in with the convenience of Cocal just steps away. I do not know of any they rent as one-bedrooms.

All the rooms, with the exception of the junior suite, are basically all the same inside. Poolside rooms tend to be noisy until at least 1am. Ocean view have the ocean noise while parking lot rooms are usually the quietest and least expensive.
