If links aren't allowed my apologies I haven't actually read the entire TOS. I love this place and I will admit first up its not everyone's cup of tea since it is not on the strip. It is on the South (the Quiet) end of the beach ($3-$4-- 5 min. taxi ride to town) It is a small boutique hotel very popular with wedding parties and bachelor parties that can rent the whole place out. I tend to stay midweek when rooms are available. The staff is first class with a good restaurant on site. the access road is right on the beach and on the weekends the Tico's park their cars up and down the road making it a very tight fit if you bring your rental vehicle, the taxis have no problem squeezing through. Surf school right outside the hotel if you are so inclined. Pool is small but adequate and if you are there with a large party they will staff the swim up bar. Ive stayed in every class of room except the penthouse, but for the single male traveler (and 1 guest) the standard room is a very good value and a decent room as well. The VIP suite has a great balcony overlooking the beach (right above the restaurant) I can't say enough good things about staff, they will literally take you into town if you need something or have a minor medical emergency.



16 days and counting to my 3rd trip down this year. Hope to meet some CRT guys in SJ 18-21 and 25-26 Sep Staying Dunn first weekend and my virgin stay at SL the following weekend.

I stay at DI all the time. The last time tho I was rudely told by the new manager In the restaurant that my two amigas were not welcome. It was pretty obvious they were working gals. So the hotel is fine, but the restaurant is managed by someone else and is not chica friendly which is strange since it is the same building. I have read here that other guys have seen the same. What did honest Abe say long ago? A house divided against itself cannot stand. Go figure.
