I personally called the General Manager and told him what happened when I got back to the States. He told me he would talk to Helmuth and get to the bottom of it. As I said, there is nothing that Guy can do, it's out of his hands. He is only in charge of marketing at the hotel. I like Guy and I feel bad for him to be put in such a bad position by other employees. It's not like he can just pack up and go....it's his job. I seriously hope someone buys this hotel and gives Guy some control over other employees. There really is no reason for Guy to come on here and try to explain.....because he can't. He apologized to me when I was there and I'm good with that.
