Can any anyone recommend a chica friendly hotel in Tamarindo?? Looking for lower priced lodging but A/C is a must.

Tamarindo is not the greatest place to find temporary companionship but it can be done, you just have to look very hard and probably lower your standards. If you are bringing someone with you from SJ, you can check in to just about any property.

Best Western is guest friendly (as of two years ago), has AC, a nice pool and a decent bar / restaurant. Deals can be had for multi-night stays.

The bar (by7 the pool) also hosts one of the weekly "parties" that rotate from bar to bar during the week. A good (but not great) opportunity to meet someone.

thank you very much. I am going to be hitting up the ladies nights and such. I'm told its decent if you are looking to hook up with the non PFP. I won't be anywhere near SJ the entire time so I do not think that is a possibility. My understanding is that part of the country has no strip clubs or massage parlors, so I guess I should just order rosetta stone and try to salsa or something.
