Staying at the Mona Lisa and what we need is to clone Guy Grand the Guest relations Manager and place him in all the hotels in San Jose. He is a great Hospitality Professional and makes his guests feel like family and he resolves any issues that may come up very quickly.

Pros of the Mona Lisa

1. Hot Chicas
2. Great Rooms
3. Great Common Areas
4. Great Casinos
5. Great Food and Service
6. Great Staff

Zun, thank you for your report. Do you happen to know if the $49 special still is in effect and will this work for a walk-in. Thanks if you happen to know this.

Just got back from CR last night. Stopped in at Mona Lisa on Wed. Asked about rooms for late Sept. For the $49.99 special-- the lady said the promo is over and rooms were $69.99. Stopped by 5 or 6 times during the week--almost looks like they aren't open-- no one in the restaurant, only a few in the casino and bar. Guy posted that the $ 49.99 deal would last till end of the year--easy to see why business is not booming here.

The Standard rooms at the Hotel Mona Lisa are $49.99 plus tax except on Holiday weekends.. Labor day , Halloween , Memorial day, Super bowl, etc etc etc.. Then the rooms are $69.99 sorry if there was some confusion about the prices..
