I'm aware that I should typically expect semana santa to be quieter than usual, but I have never actually been to CR during this period. As it happens, I am going to go down this year during that time because I was able to finagle a work flight to include SJO at no extra cost. result? free flight. With that being said, of course I'm going to go, but I don't have the opportunity to change dates. It's those dates or not at all in order to benefit from the free flight. I was curious as to what those of you who have been there during semana santa, or who live there, have experienced. Will the chica volume drop by a degree? or will a huge swath be cut out of the available chicas? business closures?

If I were you, I'd contact girls I'd met on previous trips & try to arrange something ahead of time. By all accounts, it's the worst time to go to CR.

exactly. this is why it is a good idea to get the name, email, and number (usually disconnected) of girls you had good sessions with on previous trips. stay in touch, check in on them and schedule in advance. good for anything but especially good during CR Holidays

I agree with crazyhorse. Done that week in the past and am doing it again this year, staying at SL. There will be girls, you will be OK. As it gets closer, message me and we'll meet-up.
