Staying in Jaco for 2 nights 3/23 and 3/24 and am looking for a condo. Monaco looks nice and they have the big bachelor party penthouse so I assume it is Chica friendly, but always want to check to see if that is the case and if there is a chica fee. Also, any other suggestions for a nice chica friendly condo or small house would be appreciated.

Only condos I stay at in Jaco is Vista Mar. Great condos, chica friendly and the location is great. Here is the website:www.vistamarcr.com/home.html

You can also find them cheaper sometimes through private parties.

Monaco is one of several very good options for condos in Jaco, however I understand they are now charging a fee of $25 per visitor you bring back each time.
