Just returned from a longer than expected stay at The Dunn Inn.
Could have certainly found a cheaper room in San Jose, but I was not disappointed with the money spent there.
Neighborhood was quiet(ish) but close to the action. Staff was friendly and helpful, and regardless of the questionable sounds or smells coming from my room, they never once acted concerned or alarmed.
An expected nice touch- when a visitor left my room, they would almost always phone up to ensure that there were no problems with the room/ guest.
Final word on Dunn Inn: recommended.
