simple ask... a nice place that if the wife looked up on the net my world wouldnt come crashing down last time I stayed at the presidente but i hear that is a no fly zone now.

It is cheaper to pay now and get it over with.
It is also easier to get them to leave.

You could always stay at the Presidente, then if you choose a chica at the DR or SL, then you could take her to one of the numerous short stay hotels. I've seen many advertise $10 for 2 hours with shower and hot water.

Another option just announced recently is to use the HLH as a short-stay facility:

This is an option to the ST "love motels" or MPs but would require some pre-planning. It is mere blocks from the Don Carlos.

Excellent idea, I forgot they now offer regular rooms for short stay for $20. That's a great bargain and a great way to stay under the radar if you have to worry about such things. I no longer do, thank God.
