I've flown with them twice last year, $310 round trip IND-SJO. Economy, 2 free bags, direct TV, all the rules summarized in a disclosure box on your itinerary. When I had to change my departure in the US, despite their rules stating that lower fare at time of change is not included, the agent included it in my change, reducing it by $31.00.

My experience with them is very positive, despite being a red eye flight. I slept for several hours both times. And when I can sleep for several hours on a flight, that's a good flight!!!!
