Everywhere and everyone here in Costa Rica is buzzing about football. The NFL starts this week and college football is already underway !

I just wanted to remind the brotherhood that the Sportsman's Lodge will be THE place to watch your football in 2010!

Big Jim is no longer there to take all of your wagers. However, there is GREAT news !

Handsome Gary (from AZ) is now there to take all of your action. (see pic #13956)

Bill continues to provide an outstanding environment and many of you may not now that as of last week that he installed all new flat screens overlooking his new marble-top bar. Looks great Bill !

Join me and all mis compas down here for another great year of NFL!

Thanks again Bill & Gary (and BKTuna) from all of us football fans!

Be there Friday at SL. There is an outstanding schedule of college games Sat...UM/ OSU, FSU/ Okla, Mich/ N Dame, Penn St/ Alabama, just to name some.

I agree with you E de B, SL is a great place to watch football. The heavy rains do not help when you want to watch a game on SAT, but the rains affect reception everywhere.

To battle that rain thing with the satelite, bars should look into getting a slingbox, if they have somewhere in the States where they can put it. We have one in the Skylounge at Hotel Poseidon this year and if all goes well might get another one next year..
