Talking about the 2/3 sleeping 6 Penthouse @ $210/day? Looks good and if it's a condo, they haven't much say about who you bring/drag in.

Hotel Cocal also rents condos at Vista Mar.

I stayed there recently and highly recommend the Vista Mar condos.

Ours was a huge ocean view end unit 3br/3.5ba, washer/dryer, full kitchen, covered parking, wrap around balconies, flat screen tv in the living room with dvd player, each bedroom also had a tv and dvd player, 2 central ac units.
VERY NICE!

The Vista Mar has its own pool and jacuzzi. You also can use the 2 pools at the Cocal.

This is the way to go in Jaco!

Breakfast is included at the Cocal oceanfront resturant.

Off season price of $200/night. The off season price range is $275 -$200. They easily gave us the $200 rate. Dry season pricing range much higher.

No fees for additional guests. 24hr security will hold the chicas ID while she visits.

Seems like the chicas cruise thru the casino. Mostly at night.

I know I didn't answer your question about Monaco. But I've stayed at the Vista Mar Twice in the last 8 months. I highly recommend Vista Mar.
