I'd also recommend the Nature Air route. San Jose Pavas airport is closer than going to SJO (where Sansa flies from) too. Quepos is only about a 10 minute drive from the airport. If you have the chance, spend part of the day in Manuel Antonio National Park (about 15 minutes from Quepos). Its absolutely gorgeous and there are usually some bikini clad cuties cruising around as well.

I think it is called Terminal de Buses, comtrasuli Cocacola, San Jose, CR

Between Av. 1 and Av 3 and Calle 16 and 18.
