Ok guys....I am sure everything is covered somewhere here but I have a bag to pack...will be flying into SJO saturday at noon....have 24 hours stay in the city...then need to be near the airport for 3 nights.....what do i do ?

taxi straight in to to san jose and stay one night there and party, then taxi back next day to stay out by the airport ?....or just check in out by the airport and taxi back and forth for that saturday night ?.

If I stay the niht in SJ, where should it be ?...just apy the piper and stay HDR ?

any suggestions appreciated....Pedrito

Sportsmans Lodge or Hotel Morazan (by the Del Rey). I am a La Amistad fan but SL has chicas in the bar and you could always bring one back from the Del Rey. It has a good party atmosphere and many CRT guys stay there. Hotel Morazan is right down the street from Del Rey, no chica fee and one block from the Del Rey.

This is the only time in which I will say, stay at the HDR. By sheer numbers of girls and accessibility to them. Is not like you will be sleeping much that one day. Or at least I hope you don’t.

Thanks guys !.....it's been ten years since I was in CR.....looking forward to it.....what's the best way and cost for one guy and a bag to get from the airport to the hotels downtown ?? these hotles have a pick-up service ?...or just grab a cab outside ?.....thanks again guys...appreciate the help....see you soon.

Taxis at the airport run around $22 these days.Since you are on short time...treat yourself to a taxi.
