Hi All,

I will be in San Jose in late February, early March but because I am coming by sailboat it is difficult to pin down the exact dates. Will I have a problem finding a Hotel? I have been reading the board and am not opposed to places like the Johnson etc. Since I'm real cheap I will be looking for something in the $10 to $35 per night range.

I just stayed at the Johnson and posted a very nice place just up the street.I don't think you will have a problem at either one.Johnson has a web site and you can email a reservation request they don't ask for credit card or any thing you might estimate your date and do that.Dorado is the place up the street South a block or so .It is $24 per night and quite nice with $5 chica fee.Johnson was OK but basic.I'm not real picky if I have hot water and a clean bed.rbc100
