I am planning a mid-July trip which will include 4 nights in Jaco. I have just found out that The Hotel Poseidon does charge $10.00 for each and every guest you bring through their doors. (and apparently there is one way in and one way out). Just wanted to give My Brothers a Heads up on this! Now I am looking for advice on a better more chica friendly Hotel (not too expensive) but nice just the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Air Conditioning is a MUST!

Actually, Poseidon has a standard fee of $20, but there are ways 8) around this.

They have great food at the Poseidon.

The Tuna Steaks are incredible.
