Hotel Europa has a pool and is, at last report, chica friendly.

Few hotel in San Jose have pools. I think the combination of lack of hot weather and the amount of air pollution make them an expense that is not worth the marginal use they would receive.

To add to Brother ID's comment, only indoor pools at the bigger eco/biz hotels would make cost-effective sense and they aren't usually Chica-friendly. The Hotel Santo Tomas has a pool but they haven't been historically Chica-friendly--of course things at that place can change due to economics; it is near-Gulch. Here's contact info if you want to try:

The Holiday Inn has a pool on the third floor. However, they are not noted for chica friendliness.

The Holiday Inn---WTF! You add that $70 to the Chica's own fee and that amount is almost enough to tempt one of the HI's hotter in-house "civilian" workers. Not that I'm advocating you try--I'm just sayin...
