First, yes, I used search and most of the posts are over 2 years old

I am taking my first trip to Costa Rica next week and my company is putting me up at the Intercontinental.
I am wondering if things have changed and if:
1) there are more chica friendly
2) are there Chicas at the hotel bar or nearby (walking distance)
3) is there any action to be found a the mall across the st.
4) I get conflicting info about a casino next door... did it open and what is the scene?

Any advice or guidance would be hugely appreciated

Chica friendly.....No way Jose

Girls at the bar.....I haven't seen any pros maybe non pros.

Casino.......I don't know. But check out The White House Casino. If there isn't any, they call some talent in. High priced though.

Mall......Good spot if your game is tight.

Oh, phuck it, just head down to the Gulch. Well worth the 10 minute ride.

Nice company to put you up at the InterContinental. Great food.

A dumb question maybe, but how can you tell if they are semi-pro? Are they giving you looks? Dressed a certain way?
