I was rather disappointed at my recent stay at the Clarion. The room was nice, bed comfortable, pillows good. But..... the sheets are too small for the bed, you end of sleeping on the mattress. Gross! The maids tend to take off your sheets at 8am and don't finish making up the room until late afternoon. I don't know if they have a shortage of these short sheets or what the problem was. I tried to take a woman up to my room in the afternoon and there were no sheets. The other problem was they said they had a spa, well the hot tubs were dirty and cold. Why even tell your customers you have something like that then don't keep it up. The breakfest was nice and the wait staff did a nice job in keeping the coffee flowing. The dinner staff tried to rape bill me. All in all, I checked out early and found a different hotel. I'm not a big casino guy but the action was pretty dead. They need something exciting to get people in.

No sheets WTF?? Gotta have a sheet on the bed for the chicas!! I'd of gone on a sheet snagging mission, or maybe you were a victim of this??

I've been here since Friday and I know what you mean. The problem is not that the sheets are too small, the problem is that they use flat sheets instead of fitted sheets. Fitted sheets have a elastic band which keeps it on the bed, the flat sheets do not and it slides off the bed onto the floor on one side as you are playing on the bed. I'm having the same problem.

The maids have been pretty good. They usually come about noon unless you tell them to come back later.

Guy's bring some duct tape for your sheet's..........

I agree too they start making the room and then they take an hour break. YOu come in and it is only partially made. The bed sheet is more like something to hold the little pad in place. It would be better if they had double sheet, one over the mattreess and one under the blanket as in the states. As for the spa and gym, it was more like an unclean water tank and a storage shed. I'm moving to the sleep inn tomorrow atleast it is closer to the gulch and free airport shuttle.

I HAD NO SHORTAGE OF SHEETS BUT THEY DID NOT MAKE UP MY ROOM UNTIL 4:00 PM AFTER CALLING FOR 1 HOUR

I think they solved the sheet problem at Amon Plaza. I had no problems last week. We had a full fitted sheet. The mattress seemed fairly new also.
