Actually DarkLighter it would not have helped. Because I did the recon and asked several members on CRT, up until last month it was ok to bring a chica back. They had a issue last month with a chica stealing stuff from the room and so it ended.

This was one of the guys who stuck it out with me on the trip and made it into a much better trip towards the end. He is just trying to let everyone know that it is a permanent decision now.

Caribbean Hotel Guide

Not to say it isn't a nice place, but it is one of the top three overly priced, over rated, out of the way, crummy beach if u would call it a beach, hotels in Centro America.

I was on that beach 20 years ago and there was nothing there but a lil bar with hardly anyone around. We used to luanch a boat from there from jaco to go surf escondido around the corner.

If you are there on the right knid of swell you can look over to the far left on the side of that island is a nice left point. I tried to walk down that beach right after some serious rains the night before. That was the 1st time in my life i actuly saw quicksand and i was standing in the middle of it luckily i had my surfboard with me that is some nasty stuff.

If you want another overpriced fancy hotel you can try the 4seasons of CR.

OK! So the deal with the Suenos is no chicas! Is there not another way that you could sneaka chica? You know the hotel selection is not all that great for a nice room, nice grounds, restaurants, etc. for the Jaco area, I'm with guys that want to surf/ fish / golf / and monger. So where else can you stay and do that shizit? Whats up with the Hollywood strip club nearby, is it still in business and how is the chica selection?

Well I am sure that there are ways to sneak a girl in. I did not bother trying. One of the guys in our group who we were giving a hard time for getting a girl from SJ that he liked to go with him, had no probs. He showed up with his girl and just checked her in as just with him. No questions asked. We of course thought we were fine until later that night when we learned the policy. well He looked like a genius.

Most guys did fine with the BB and local short term hotels. YMMV, I personally dont care for short term I found out. Again YMMV.

Yeah I am sure there are ways around it, and there are other nice hotels I am sure. Just need to look. So thats what I will research when I am back there in January.

Caribbean Hotel Guide

Hollywood Strip Club is now actually D'Pelufo Jaco.

I was there a year ago and had a completely different experience. In fact the staff was very helpful. I was there on business and I had clients on the property and it would not have been good for me to be seen with a 22 year old hottie in tow on the way to my room.

The doorman walked my chica to the desk for me and checked her in and then escorted her to my room. The two of us were never seen together. I was very appreciative! I gave a $20 grat, but there was no guest fee.

Other mongers that I talked to there that were actually staying in the condos told me that they had pulled some girls out of the casino there on the property.

I also saw others there in the sports bar with Ticas

I will agree that the place is over rated. Standard rooms are nice, but nothing special, at least not for the price. The pool complex is so so, the beach there is just bad. However .......

The Presidential Suit there rocks! The parlor alone must be close to 800 sq ft.

There was a posting last summer that they had changed their policy and now were chica intolerant. This would have been after your experience.

Does anyone have a recent experience, some time in 2007, trying to bring a chica back to their room?

A friend of mine went with some clients in Feb. & they stayed there(he is not CRT nor did he ask me). Very chica intolerant.NO CHICAS.He stayed in the Presidential suite@ something like $1500 per night & still NO CHICAS.
