The family is staying at Montana de Fuego Inn for 3 night in April 5-7. I've read the restaurant there is overpriced but, not knowing the area, where can I feed a family of 4 reasonably. Including 2 teenage boys who aren't very adventurist in exploring foods? Is town close enough to walk to? Any help appreciated.

Okay someone needs to say it. The poster probably didn't read the fine print when he posted this. Probably should check welovecostarica or one of the other travel blogs for information of this nature. :)

Wolfman,
There is a great restaurant inside the Hotel Del Rey, your boys will love it. The best dish is the pink snapper.
