I was in CR last month, but as you guessed it I became in love with it or them and had to go back. My original trip for this month was to punta cana DR but I changed it to CR ( never been there, Not sure what I am missing at Punta cana). I am staying at the El presidente, I am thinking of hitting the beach this time Jaco for a least one night. Questions

1. Which Hotel?
2. Should I bring a Señorita (to get the "ñ" hold ALT and hit 0241 on your RIGHT NUMBER KEY BOARD) with me from SJ or is that like bringing sand to the beach.
3. I know where the girls hang out in SJ, where do they hang out in JACO is there a Del Rey in Jaco.

1. recently there has been a ton of posts about Jaco hotels (price, management, policy changes, etc), do a search for "jaco" in the hotel category.
2. other places you probably should since there aren't many chicas around, but not Jaco. No need to bring a chica with you to Jaco.
3. Beatle Bar is an open-air bar. This is the place to pick up chicas in Jaco. It usually gets going around 9-10pm and goes till 2am (I think). But you gotta act fast because unlike Del Rey, the chicas don't keep coming in all night. As one hottie leaves, another one isn't coming in. If you find somebody you like, grab her. The selection varies.

Do some searches about Jaco to learn about where to eat, gamble, strip clubs (avoid in Jaco), etc.

Just got back last week from Jaco. Don't stay at the copa from my personal experience. I hear great things about the canciones del mar. Also I saw plenty of chicas at the beatle bar and some at monkey. Fri Sat no prob finding girls. Rained most every day there and humid. It is a nice day trip to break up the scene of the del rey.

Guys I stayed at the Hotel Cocal last time and it was great but alittle pricey 110.00 by the pool. They had know chica fee though and it was a relly nice place. I just made reservations again for May 31 - June 3rd at 70.00 a night and no chica fee. The only problem is no TV and no phone but that is not a problem for me. It has a small casino that opens at seven.

The pool bar is nice and some girls do frequent during the day. You can also ask the guy in parking lot to have some girls stop by the pool bar for your viewing pleasure.
