RBC,
Thanks for reminding me to check the latest "bargain".

Don't forget the fine print:
Annual percentage rate (APR) for purchases. 17.74% variable.

Balance transfer APR: As long as first balance transfer is completed within 6 months from date of account opening, 17.74% variable for 6 months from date of first balance transfer. After that, 17.74% variable.
Cash advance APR: 22.74% variable.
Default APR: 31.74% variable. See explanation below.*

Annual Membership Fee: $85.00

Transaction Fee for Purchases made in a Foreign Currency
3% of the amount of each foreign currency purchase after its conversion into U.S. dollars.

I had an AA Platinum Mastercard but canceled it in 2004. I then got a new Gold card last year and got 12,500 miles.

Guess I'll cancel that one and get a Platinum. 25,000 AA miles is too good to pass up.

Wow!!! Thanks for the heads up. I just signed up and am looking for another free trip. I just got back from a free trip from my AA miles. I am shooting for October for my next trip.

I also noticed great rates from AA today. DC to CR for $355 tax included! Travel through June 15th.

I also drove a Mercury today and added another 2,500 miles to my account. I also cashed in some e-rewards survey points and received another 1,000 miles. So I will be at 30,208 and need 30,000 for the free ticket!

Don't forget the AA Reduced Mileage Awards for having a Citibank AA card.
How does USA to Cali or Medellin for 22,500 miles sound?

http://www.citibank.com/us/cards/cardse ... /globe.jsp

Hell, we should have our own CRT Signature Card. We could just merge it with the VIP card.

CRT discounts and miles in one credit card?

ADMIN1, get on this!

Please link me to the application. I can find the AA Platinum but do not see the 25,000 mile offer. I'm happy to apply but want to make sure I'm applying for the right offer or from the link that awards 25,000 miles.

Do I have to have an established AA frequent flyer account established already because I do not.

Thanks.

Did you receive approval online, or did you have to wait for the card in the mail before you knew your credit line, etc?
