Thai Sunday

When: Sunday October 27th 2013
Where: Hotel La Amistad
Time: 12 PM – 9 PM

Your Choice of:

1. Panang Curry: Your choice of Chicken or Shrimp cooked in panang curry and coconut milk, broccoli, green and red peppers served with Asian white rice.

2. Pad Thai: The most famous Thai dish – a generous helping of rice sticks fried with shrimp or chicken, bean sprout, vegetables, egg and Thai spices.

3. Chicken and Beef Satay: Marinated Beef AND chicken grilled on a skewer served with specially prepared Thai peanut sauce. Served over a bed of Asian Rice.

All Entrée’s include:

Tom Yum Koong Soup: Shrimp with chili, rice noodles, lemon grass, mushrooms and lime juice served in a light chicken broth.

Salad with a Thai Ginger Dressing or Seaweed Salad

Spicy Schezwan Green Beans: Fried fresh green beans sautéed in a spicy schezwan sauce.

ime chocolate on top of a Thai dinner does nasty things to a mans insides :lol:

Wait a minute--did I miss something? Advertising something in October that happened in September (look again at the date of the announcement)? Will this be a monthly event? And BTW, what does I. V. I. mean? In vitro intubation?

Sorry, the date is this Sunday. IVI is the Costa Rican abbreviation for taxes included.

I'm glad Matt is having that this Sunday rather than next. I will be in San Jose for the Nov 3 dinner, and I have been looking forward to a good dinner at the Amistad. My stomach puts Thai and Chinese food in the same pot - which is not good. Now, I hope the following Sunday is not Chinese!!!! :|
