Did you try using their reservation form on their website? They have been quick getting back to me.

No on the reservation form only because I want to request a specific room. I PMed him about some things tho. Maybe I'll call tomorrow. I keep telling myself I need to get out of this hobby, "But they keep pulling me back in!".

HLH has a "special request" box on the reservation section of its web site. I've used that successfully.

HLH also has a U.S. phone number somewhere on this board. Iveth usually answers the phone right away during the day with good English. If you can't find the number, shout out and I'll try to find it for you.

Keep trying for HLH. You won't be sorry.

Cool. Boyd does a great hosting job there. The turnaround has been amazing. If only SL had talent of HLH's level.

HLH has a U.S. phone number that is promptly answered during the day, usually by Iveth with good English. I've never used it at night, so I don't know about that.

It's easiest for CRT'ers to just PM Boyd about HLH reservations, since he is "our guy" after all. Let the other schmucks deal with phone calls or emails.
