a bump for the newbies....Must be a VIP

Noticed a few errors on the map last trip. South of the Presidente the RX is on the wrong corner and the lavanderia is on the wrong side of the street, besides I think it (Sixaola) has closed anyway. There is another one right around the corner on Calle 9 directly behind Pollo Campesino. The RX across from the hotel Morazan (where the $ sign is) is also on the wrong corner. I'm guessing that $ sign would be the bank, which is on the opposite corner. Also you might add farmacia Sucre at C 11 y Av. Central, hope this helps.

I feel totally dumb but I spent half an hour looking for the map on the website and could not find it? Where is it? On the main page, under free photo gallery there is CRT shopping mall. What am I missing here?

You will not find it without joining as a VIP, this is a project put in place for VIP members who support the site.

HIT San Jose Map, wait a few seconds the download to start, it is a LARGE file.

If you want to clutter the map a little more - there's a great souvenir/art flea market on calle Central (called calle cero by the locals) 1/2 block N of Ave. Central. They have a sign if you look up, says Souveniers la something y Mercado de Artesans, inside it opens up to 3 floors of vendors packed with artwork, jewelry, leather goods, t-shirts, etc. and is the cheapest I've seen in the gulch.

Archieleach and El Silencioso -

This is by far one of the best maps I've seen of the Gulch! I am really looking forward to planning a walking tour of the MPs I've never been to during my next trip to CR. It is great to see the collective knowledge of CRT VIPs creating such a useful tool that will no doubt continue to improve over time. The only suggestions I would make are:

1) Highlight MPs, Hotels, Bars, etc that are CRT VIP friendly, so we know who to give our patronage to that will look out for us and not try to screw us over. The best way to know this, of course, is to ask a fellow VIP when you are in San Jose, and I will on my next trip.

2) Create a section on CRT VIP or in the Forums for maps similar to this one for other mongering destinations like Rio, Frankfurt, Bangkok, etc.
