People can comment on the All-Inclusive, the staff, prices, etc. But not anything that actually happened to a paying guest at said Hotel? I'm staying at LA again before year's end because it's a great deal. But I'm not pretending 100% of the other guests won't be a pain in the ass because it's a CRT Sponsor Hotel.

For the benefit of those who may not know the situation, La Amsitad definitely allows guests to entertain female company on premises. However, they generally prefer that unescorted professional women ply their trade elsewhere.

So, if you see a female guest at the bar at La Amistad, then it's very likely that another gentlemen is already picking up the bill for her food and drinks. That being said, a gentlemen would not intrude on another gentleman's date. How would you feel if you had met a girl, made a deal, paid for the taxi back to your hotel, and put $100 in food and drink into her and hadn't yet concluded the deal yet when an interloper enters?

The right thing to do would be to either look for another date, down the street and bring her back to the bar or your room at La Amistad. If you are particularly smitten, then you could just wait your turn in line, i.e. approach after the date is concluded.

Seriously guys, why go to the beach and fight over the grains of sand? There is no shortage of talent in Costa Rica.

Approach after the date is concluded? Maybe the next day approach your Monger brother and ask if her contact info is available or where she hangs out. But approaching her before I officially cut her loose, i.e. in the taxi, which is on its way down the Calle? NO!!! Part of what I did the footwork for and paid for is watching her leave! If you want to run down the Calle chasing the taxi, Go For It! Otherwise move along. Like Admin said, there is no shortage of talent in CR.

Notice The Admin said "approach after the date is concluded". Nosejelly, in my book, the date is concluded when you "cut her loose", and not a second before. I think you should be endorsing what The Admin said.

My date is concluded as the taxi is heading down the Calle. She's Officially Cut Loose! If Admin agrees with that, I endorse it!

Could just ask the guy. I've had a lot of fellow hotel guest there ask me about a girl I was with or am currently with. I don't mind sharing the wealth. I always ask a girl for her contact info and if she would like me to give her # to interested parties if asked. Some say yes and some say no.
Hell, I've had one leave my room one morning and head to another guy there the same morning.

I remember an asshole at the sportsmen two years ago though. He said he was with the girl I was with the night before and said how's my sloppy seconds, told him after the first 2 inchs like brand new. He left with his head down.

I'm never offended when a guy asks me though.
