I am planning a business in Costa Rica. I am familiar with the San Jose district so much that it has become the part of my Vida y alma. I wish to buy a property there. I have been searching the legalities of International home purchases with a mortgage loan. I have stayed in the downtown area for all my visits in San Jose. I am not planning to buy a home there, though. I am searching for a property in a scenic place near San Jose. It has to be safe and beautiful. So, which towns near there, would you recommend. I will be bringing in my family during the vacations. Please, share your opinions and suggestions. |

The Sabana norte area is nice. Alot of apartment building being built as well |
