Hi; I've read that local bank financing for real estate purchases in Central America is tough to come by, with the notable exceptions of Belize & Panama. Is bank financing to non-residents available in Costa Rica? |

i think bank financing for non-resident is subject to further scrutiny,it depends to the collateral and interest rates apply. Talk to the Manager to have a much better info.. |
