Does the footprint of satellite radio cover Costa Rica?
I'm thinking probably not.

not sure about that one but i did load spotify on a laptop before coming down this time and it works great fwiw.

Sirius Internet Radio does work in Costa Rica as long as you have a decent internet connection and you're subscribed to it. I use it every day when I go down.

If thr question you are asking is the satellite radio going to work in the car .
No . Even in Mexico I have to use an external ant in the center of my engine hood, because the factory radio ant would not receive .
I don't remember exactly , but I believe I had trouble getting Sirius in southern Nicaragua. . Enjoy
