Hi - I'm looking for a low-cost telephone service in Costa Rica where I have one stable phone number but where I can redirect it to different numbers depending upon the time of day. This would preferably be a number like Skype Online so that I don't have to have a fixed line.

Does this exist here?

You can bring an unlocked cell and get CR sim card, your own number, has call forwarding.

You can use Magicjack.
