Since 10 of the top 11 are from Central/South America or Caribbean, I must assume this study was funded by the drug kingpins  But seriously, that is an interesting way to rate countries but noticed that list is similar in ranks to the highest murder rates (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_co ... icide_rate). Guessing the human impact environmentally is really the highest rated factor used. |

What a bunch of nonsense. Costa Ricans treat their country like a toilet. Just take a walk north of the Dunn Inn and pass over the Rio Torro. You will want to vomit. In addition, any time you hear the term "sustainable development", you are hearing the propaganda of radical environmentalists.
