Hey Boynton...when do you plan to relocate to CR? As many people have stated on the board, you should probably rent and not buy!

I attended the ARCR Seminar, geez, about 2 1/2 years ago. If you are seriously considering moving to CR then you should attend. Keep in mind, ARCR and many of the speakers at the seminar have a vested interest in assisting folks relocate to CR. But they don't come off pushy trying to sell you anything. If you need assistance with residency ARCR does a good job.
